About CX Huddle

I started CX Huddle back in 2020, as a way to channel my energy during the COVID-19 pandemic. It became a fun side project and allowed me to explore new interests. I loved the idea of blogging and sharing my thoughts on customer experience.

I took some time away from the blog, but I remained dedicated to CX. In the time since this blog opened, I've changed companies, but I've continued to grow in the field.

When I began CX Huddle, I worked in the Customer Support industry. Now I work in the protective and healthcare services industry, something I'm extremely passionate about and have first-hand experience in. My articles will draw from my experience in customer support software and my current work in healthcare and emergency protective services.
